REVIEWS FROM PARTICIPANTS
At Mārtiņš’ seminar of management skills I gained inspiration, theoretical knowledge and suggestions on how to apply various tactics and knacks daily. I truly hope that I will succeed in making my work and my devotion more effective. Martiņš is an outstanding trainer, he is able to find the connection with various types of people, he approaches serious subjects with humour, and at the same time prevents you from “falling asleep” during the lectures. I really enjoyed that the subject was supplemented with actual, real-life examples.

Mārtiņš is a leader with many years of experience. He knows how to tell, demonstrate and teach. He inspires! His examples from life help to master the theory in a faster and easier way. Within two days we viewed materials that can be used throughout life.
Vladimirs Rusakovs

Mārtiņš is able to adapt to a situation, but at the same time to devote full attention to the most significant. He answered almost all of the questions, even if they were “off topic”. He is cool no matter what. I liked that the training took place in a small group, because everybody had the opportunity to get involved. See you at the next training!
Marko van Hojlands (Marco van Hoylandt)
Olvi group eksporta direktors
Positive that individual approach was found, as well as the possibility to ask questions and to discuss. At the same time the collective included managers from a wide spectrum, who make the situations and approaches to them more diverse. In general – truly beneficial training, and the lecturer – very energetic.

The knowledge and experience of the lecturer is proven by the many examples from personal practice. I learned several ideas that can be developed and applied when creating your professional team. I especially enjoyed the free-form of the dialogue and the investment from all seminar participants.

Manages free discussion, offers actual solutions, lecturer does not create the impression that he repeats information that has been recently published somewhere on the internet, but shares his own experience. A balanced theoretical block with practical group works.
