MANAGEMENT OF A WINNING TEAM
Nowadays, human resources are becoming increasingly crucial to the success of a company. The ability of managers to properly select, train and motivate their team is of critical importance to success. My job is to provide the managers with tools and thinking formulas so that they can positively push their team towards long-term persistent success. Goal setting, constructive thinking, team management, delegation and feedback, setting team and personal priorities, motivating individuals and yourself - this is only part of the topics I teach in this section. More and more I work with small groups of managers or even individually, to solve some very specific tasks.
DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONAL DETERMINATION AND MOTIVATION
Personal determination and ability to motivate yourself is the cornerstone of long-lasting success. Often it is not a one-day event, but long-term work with yourself. However, the tools for this work can be passed on in many different ways - both in group training and individual sessions. It is important to show the way and the causal relationships that lead to a more successful and balanced life. More and more I work with small groups or even individually, to solve some very specific tasks.
NEGOTIATION SKILLS FOR BUYERS AND SELLERS
We will never find out what we can accomplish if we don’t talk about it. Negotiations are a theatre, where both sides play and show what fits them in order to achieve the desired result. My task is to teach negotiators to think and see what is going on in the negotiator's head, in order to work with invisible factors. Learning to impose on the other side’s hidden desires and concerns is one of the skills that negotiators gain from my training. We learn to defend ourselves in incisive, competitive negotiations and make beneficial deals by using a cooperative negotiation mode.
COACHING
Coaching is a training method. I work according to the ICF coaching ethics and professional code. My task is to support the client in his development, enabling him to look at his goals in the broader context and find solutions that he would not have found without my help.
As a coach, I help individuals achieve their personal goals and find the meaning of life.
I use coaching as a support method, working with corporate clients. Team coaching also plays a large part in my coaching practice, working with both goals and solutions.
