20 years of experience in international business management.
I've run businesses with more than 1000 employees and a turnover of over 150 million euros, including the successful implementation of crisis and change projects in the Baltics and Caucasus.

My main training topics
Leading a winning team, development of personal motivation and determination and negotiation skills for sales managers and shoppers. Over the last 5 years, more than 5000 businessmen, managers and professional athletes from the Baltics, Caucasus, Central Asia, the United States, Spain, Sweden, Somalia, Israel, Italy and others have taken part in my events.
